    MRCOOL Universal Series Warranty

    MRCOOL distributor (hereinafter “Company”) warrants this product against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows:

    Standard Warranty: 5-year parts and compressor warranty. Extended Warranty: Additional 5-year parts and compressor warranty if specific conditions are met.

    Conditions for Extended Warranty:

    • Registration: The unit must be registered online within 60 days of professional installation.
    • Professional Installation: Must be installed by a professional adhering to all applicable codes and licensing requirements.
    • Purchase Source: Must be purchased from an authorized dealer.

    Coverage Details:

    • 10-Year Total: Includes 5-year standard warranty plus an additional 5-year extended warranty for parts and compressor if conditions are met.
    • Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original registered owner and does not continue after the unit is removed from its original installation location.
