While our support team operates globally, 100% of our physical inventory is warehoused and shipped domestically within the United States. We dispatch high-value climate control systems directly to your door from manufacturer-authorized fulfillment centers, primarily our logistics hub in Kentucky. This guarantees rapid delivery across the contiguous 48 states, factory-certified handling, and ensures that every unit is authentic and carries a full manufacturer's warranty.
Transparency & Returns

Because our daily operations are managed overseas and our Delaware corporate address serves strictly for legal registry, we do not operate a traditional physical retail storefront for walk-ins. Consequently, all physical merchandise returns are handled exclusively at our specialized US logistics hubs.
