MRCOOL DIY Hyper Heat Central Ducted System Warranty
MRCOOL distributor (hereinafter “Company”) warrants this product against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows:
Standard Warranty: 10-year parts, compressor, and labor warranty (first 90 days of labor warranty is the responsibility of the installing company).
Conditions for Warranty:
- Installation: Applies to units installed in owner-occupied residences, multi-family residences, and limited commercial applications using a 1-Phase power supply.
- Purchase Source: Must be purchased from an authorized dealer and installed adhering to all applicable codes, policies, and licensing requirements.
- Professional Installation: Required unless the MRCOOL Quick Connect Pre-Charged Line Set is used in the installation.
- Compatibility: Warranty voided if installed with a used, incompatible, or unapproved condenser/air handler.
Coverage Details:
- 10-Year Total: Covers parts, compressor, and labor (labor starts on the 91st day after original installation).
- Non-Transferable: Applies only to the original owner and does not continue after the unit is removed from its original installation location.
Important Notes:
- The warranty does not cover freight, maintenance, system diagnostics, operation costs, electricity or fuel costs, lodging charges, or refrigerant.
- Parts replaced under warranty are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
