Return Policy Overview

  1. ATTENTION: Free shipping applies exclusively to orders you decide to keep. Should you choose to return an item, regardless of the reason, even if you refuse the shipment, the shipping cost will be deducted. the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. For exchanges, you just pay for return shipping.
  2. Only uninstalled, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return. Used or installed products cannot be returned.
  3. Submit return requests within 30 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
  4. Defective or faulty products can be replaced within 60 days of receipt. To request a replacement, provide photographic or video evidence of the manufacturing defects and send them to our customer service team.
  5. Cancelled or refused orders post-shipment incur a 20% restocking fee based on the original invoice amount.
  6. Incorrect customer-provided shipment details that result in non-delivery will also incur a 20% restocking fee based on the original invoice amount.
  7. Customers is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. In cases of defective or incorrect products, we will cover the delivery cost for the replacement.
  8. Refunds commence post-inspection of returned items. Please allow for processing time for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
  9. Initiate returns or cancellations by contacting our customer service team.
Products that are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Any product that has been modified.

- Any product that is not in resalable condition.

- Any product not accompanied by an Order Number.

Refund Processing

  1. Return shipping costs apply for all returns, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  2. Returns are only accepted for unopened merchandise.
  3. A fee up to 3% will be deducted from refunds, excluding those due to our mistakes or defective items.
  4. ATTENTION: Free shipping is ONLY for kept orders. If you return an item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. For exchanges, you just pay for return shipping.
  5. We only replace defective or damaged items. If a product is defective, we cannot offer a refund, but we can provide a replacement of the entire unit or specific parts only. You will need to replace these parts yourself once received. To request a replacement, fill in the form below.
  6. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.s. Describe a product, share announcements, or welcome customers to your store.
